Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped within Portugal and Spain. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on order size and weight, and will be communicated to you after order confirmation. Orders over 50€ qualify for free delivery. Delivery takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Free pickup is available at our location in Lourinhã, Lisboa, Portugal. Payment via MB Way or Revolut. After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm your order, process your payment, and provide a shipping quote.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Perishable and food items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
